Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
- Salt and Light Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
- If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
- If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at saltandlightcandleco@outlook.com with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.
Local Pickup (Optional)
If you are local to Whittier Ca, we may offer free pickup at select markets or events. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.
