Thank you for shopping with Salt and Light Candle Co. Each candle is handcrafted with care, and we want your order to arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping details below:



Processing Time



  • All candles are made in small batches and packed by hand.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
  • During high-demand seasons (holidays, sales, or special launches), processing may take a little longer.




Shipping Rates & Delivery



  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping coming soon!)
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
    • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing



Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays beyond our control.



Order Tracking



Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.



Shipping Issues & Lost Packages



  • Salt and Light Candle Co. is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
  • If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier office for assistance.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours at Saltandlightcandleco@outlook.com with photos, and we’ll work to make it right.




Local Pickup 



If you are local to Whittier Ca we may offer free pickup at select markets or events. Please reach out before placing your order to confirm availability.
